Will my PSU fit my PC

So this is my first thread so im pretty noob, but im upgrading from intel hd graphics, to a nvidia/evga geforce gtx 760; the problem is my PSU is 400w, whats required is 500w. Heres the psu im looking to buy... http://www.trademe.co.nz/computers/components/cases-power-supplies/power-supplies/auction-897080392.htm but how do I know it'll fit my pc? I don't know the case model but possibly can buy tomorrow, thanks!

The case is a Zalman t1 model I believe would this be fine? Then you already knew the PSU should not exceed 140mm, but the PSU you selected is 150mm long. You need a 140mm (5.5") long PSU.

At 143mm it may or it may not fit properly. http://www.trademe.co.nz/computers/components/cases-power-supplies/power-supplies/auction-899979128.htm at 140mm will fit and it's a good quality PSU for the asking price.

Googled that case and at Zalman there's no real limit of psu length given.Where did you get that info?
By the looks of their own pictures and the use of a 140mm deep psu can you imagine that a really long psu wouldn't fit,but 150mm should imo be possible.The one i linked anyway with it's 140mm depth,maybe a bit longer because of the connectors being modular.

The height of the cooler must not exceed 140mm from the motherboard.
PSU should not exceed 140mm.

I presumed Zalman know the specs and that's why they provide that answer.

When looking at some of these you can clearly see that a few of the psu's used are longer.They are ,imo,very conservative when it comes to the length/depth of the psu.
