Solution

It's not just the GPU, could fry the MB along with it.

I wouldn't use it, don't plug in the GPU until you get a new one.

Chances are very good it will waste your GPU/PC, one of the very worst quality PSU on the market.

Here is one here, quality unit and not too expensive.

Yep, that is the one, and it is a good one, it's the newer model that is stable.

The CX500 is junk.

Yes, that is the one you want.

You have to be careful outside of the US when you look at PSU's.

I know they are more expensive, but there is some much garbage around you have to really watch it.

Yeah bro, the psu was my first buy I was with my daddy but we didn`t really know what we were doing

Everything that I buy I post here before to make sure it is worth it since everything here in Brazil is more expensive

And people always help me here, so thanks a lot!

Only for comparing, I don`t know how much a rx 580 sapphire nitro plus costs in the US, but here in Brazil I paid (in promotion) 425 dollars (converting from real, our money)

The gtx 1070 (evga sc) here is 630 dollars and the gtx 1080 is 879 dollars (evga sc) , what`s the price of these in the us ?

I`m pretty sure they`re way more expensive here =(

They can get a RX 580 for like $350.

GTX 1070 is like $459

GTX 1080's are like $550

It's not top end, but it's solid and dependable and won't cook your machine. A top end model would cost like $200 down there the way the prices seem to be.

It's better than the others listed due to build quality and parts used, also protection is better... That's for your parts. It's a 2017 model from a new OEM, build quality is much better. There won't be any reviews, hasn't been out long enough for anyone to do one yet on the new units.

The older CX 500 etc had issues going bad early etc.

The other units are just plan garbage.
