will my smps support gtx 1060

HI i just want to check that will my smps support gtx 1060 it dose not have 6 pin connector but i am planning to use molex to 6pin converter my psu link is given below , i calculated the total power consumption of my system on various website and it was around 250 to 300 watts and i have 450 watt smps

it stock smps which came with my cabinate so will my smps support gtx 1060

those bundled PSUs r crap. would advice u to get a good psu like antec vp450p or vp500pc from amazon. they costs abt 3.5k

Both of those power supplies are complete garbage(the one that came in the case is likely in the same boat) and would pose a danger to the system and possibly your house. Don't waste your money on garbage it will likely cost you more in the end. Molex adapters are also a bad idea. Get a decent 450w or larger PSU, now unfortunately in India parts are expensive but a poor PSU like the 2 in the original post could end up frying that new gpu aswell as other parts in the system or the whole system and worst case scenario start a fire(risk would increase with the molex adapter).

Did a little browsing on Amazon India and this is the cheapest PSU I saw that I would recommend.

The VS is the worst series Corsair sells and not a unit I'd recommend.

unfortunately, the vp450/500 for 3.5k is the lowest i can suggest. all other units r crap. even the vp is a tier 3 psu. would usually suggest a tier 1 or 2. its a good idea to go for installment pay if u havent got the cash.
