Will my stock intel cooler fit?

So im playing to buy i5 2400 and it has 95w tdp.I have cooler from my old processor(intel pentium g630 TDP 65w).Will this cooler fit?

The cooler will fit, but it might not be sufficient to cool the i5 2400. The lower end chips with lower TDPs tend to get cheaper stock coolers designed around the lower TDP. For Sandy Bridge chips, the stock i5 cooler would have a copper slug in it, while the Pentium cooler would be aluminum only. The aluminum only Pentium cooler might not be sufficient to keep the i5 2400 cool under full load conditions.

And if not ,should i aim for i3 3220,can my cooler cool that(it has 55w tdp)

I wouldn't drop down to a weaker CPU because your cooler won't support it. You can get an aftermarket cooler for pretty cheap if you have to.
