Will my system bottleneck a GTX 970

My system is kinda out dated but i need a new GPU for witcher 3. I am wondering if my Asrock z68 extreme3 gen 3 or i5 2500k will bottleneck a GTX 970 graphics card. Thanks for the help .

The 2500K will work fine with a GTX 970, will not cause a bottleneck. Only performance decrease of 1-2% might be the PCI Express 2.0, not 3. But this difference is negligible.
