hello i am wondering whether my system will be able to run the game at a reasonable frame rate at 1600x900 mid-high settings
CPU:i3 2100
GPU:gtx 650 ti
RAM: 4GB

Solution

you possibly can.
according to some benchmarks at 1080p and Ultra - 650ti runs at 20 minimum fps making Max of about 45 and avg nearabout 27fps
but scaling down resolution a bit and changing quality settings to medium and mix of low you can get some playable fps though of around 40avg roughly.

I am assuming a 1GB 650Ti here, but even then the experience may be less than stellar. Your CPU is quite a ways below the quad core i5 or i7 chips that one would prefer to have running this game.

However, you do meet the bare minimums required. I suspect that performance will be inconsistent as game environments change and may end with you playing on low settings.

With BF4 on PC, you will be using Origin. In theory, you could buy the game, try it, and if it doesn't run well enough, you could use the Great Games Guarantee to get your money back. In theory.

Solution

Go to game-debate.com to look if your computer can run it. First, type battlefield 4 in the search box. Then click on it. Then scroll down a bit. Until you see Can I Run It. Then put in the info of your computer. Then you'll see if you can run the game.

Hope I helped.
