Will my video card fit on this motherboard?

I have a GTX 750 Superclocked 1gb and I am looking to upgrade my Mobo and Processor as well but looking at the pictures I cant tell if an Asrock Fatal1ty Z97 Killer will fit that card or not. Thanks for the help.

I thought so just couldn't tell if the transistors were to far up and my card would hit them. Thanks
