Hello! I've been asking a bunch of questions on this forum the last few days, and you have all been very helpful so far, thank you so much!

My new question of the day is, will putting an NVMe drive that uses PCI Express 3.0 x4, into the MSI Bazooka B360M board, which has 2x PCI-E 1x lanes and 1x PCI-E 16x lane, limit my GPU? As I understand it, I will either have to limit the NVMe drive by putting it in an x1 lane, or use up the 16x lane, limiting my GPU? Do I understand this correctly?

According to the diagram for components, in your manual, the PCIe lanes for the M.2 slot are allocated from your chipset. The PCIe lanes allocated for the PCIe x16 slot, meant for the GPU comes from the processor.

You're good to go!

Yay! Thank you so much. Gee, I really need to get more into understanding all those hardware diagrams. I've been using computers since I was six, but never building one myself has severely limited my knowledge it seems.
