I have win7 64bit pro OEM disk, NO SP1....the product key is of course good,
I have to repair/reinstall and wanted to DL a version of win7 64 that has SP1 on it to avoid some of what seem like endless updates a new install will require,

So I learn that of today jan 30th MS killed all such DL's so my first question, is there anywhere I can get this download I desire?

But I guess I am getting the cart ahead of the horse, will my OEM product key even work with the version I desire?

Many thanks!

Yes, your key should work.
If you're putting it on the same hardware, your safest bet is to just use the disk you have. Let the updates run overnight.

And yes, on the same hardware your OEM key should work just fine. You 'might' have to re-activate via the phone robot, but that is relatively painless.

Yes, same comp/hardware...I know my product key is good for the OEM it came with, and I know I can use the OEM disk to reinstall if i want to wait all night,
But what I asked was,
