It won't decrease the lifespan if you're careful. Make sure you keep it cool and don't go crazy on it. Be aware that this also voids the warranty.

my temperature of cpu is around 50 to 80 while gaming.Is that considered as normal? as long as the temperature is fine ,the voltage doesnt really matter right?

Just don't overclock over about 10% if you're not entirely sure what you're doing. 50 to 80°c are normal temperatures.
