I have 4 sticks of Oloy 8gb 3600mhz ddr4.
I can get it to boot if only one stick is in the third slot. This will work on all sticks individually but if I add another stick in any slot it goes into a boot loop. When I had all sticks installed the rgb on all of them lit up.

Best list your specs like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:

Chassis:
OS:

You will also need to check and see which BIOS version your motherboard is on. If there are updates pending, manually/gradually work your way up to the latest version. Then state which version of the OS you're on.

Buying little known cheaper RAM will run at defaults, but tend to use ICs that were not good enough for another company to use and sell. There for you have more issues.
