will R7 260x 1gb oc run by non brand psu?

I can't run R7 260x 1gb oc with my 500 watt non brand psu,,,,I tried with my friend's non brand 550watt psu but the card is not running....Are these non brand psu not able to run r7 260x 1gb ddr5 oc? plz ans....

The R7 260x shouldn't draw more than 250-300 watts, so it should be fine on 500. Have you checked all of the plugs and made sure you plugged it all to the PSU

i plugged all cables....i think non brand psu is not able to run this card....
