Will r7 265 bottle neck on i3 540 ?

i want to buy an Sapphire AMD/ATI Radeon R7 265 DUAL-X 2GB Graphics Card

will my Intel Core i3 540 cpu hold the graphics card back

motherboard - dh55tc

ram - 3 sticks of ddr3 2gb ram

Yes it will. Your cheapest upgrade option, would be an i5 750/760. That CPU would still be capable of handling a 265 well. An i7 860 would be better yet.

lga 1156 cpus are not available now

i found some they are too costly

it would better to to up grade both cpu and mobo but i dont have enough money for that

Just get the 265, for now, and upgrade cpu and motherboard, when you can. The bottleneck isn't going to hurt anything.
