Of course. As long as you have a PCI-Express x16 slot (you do) and a strong enough power supply, you can use any video card on the market.

Your computer should be able to handle that card just fine. What case do you have? Hopefully it will fit in your case, it's a big card.

A Ryzen 7 5800X3D or 5700X3D would get you 15 - 20% more CPU performance in games. What speed is your ram currently running at?
