Will a Noctua NH D15 and Corsair Vengeance LPX 32 GB fit in a coolermaster h500?

EDIT: Not sure why I asked about RAM, meant just the Noctua lol

CLEARANCE - CPU COOLER 167mm/6.5"

So, 2mm. Fits, but just.
