[SOLVED] Will RX 6800 work on a G-Sync Monitor?

I was saving for a 3080 but I read about the 6800, the price, the power supply. It would like to know IF the G-Sync will be compatible. That would be very sweet.

GSync-GSync = no. That is proprietary Nvidia. This way they lock you into buying their GPUs for the life of the monitor (if you want to use VRR).

GSync Compatible = FreeSync / VESA, yes, these will obviously remain compatible through future generations since its the current standard for both Nvidia & AMD
