I ordered a Ryzen 7 7700, MSI PRO B650M-P motherboard and 32GB DDR5 6400 Mhz CL32 at discounted price. Actually it was cheaper than DDR5 6000 CL36.
I've heard people saying that AM5 platform has stability issues running faster RAM than 6000 Mhz.

There's a good chance it will work fine as AMD improved memory compatibility with one of the more recent AGESA revisions (all you have to do here is make sure the BIOS is up to date). The biggest question I would have is whether or not higher speed memory will work right on that motherboard. Getting 6400 to run correctly may also take more work than a 6000 kit would either way though.

Depending on the ram you ordered you may run into a problem with this 1R/2R stuff.

Good point. With 1/2 dimms per channel, depending on if they are single or dual ranked, both will be capped at 6000mhz. Although, some manual OC'ing may get them higher.

Which exact ram? Make and model. How many DIMMs?

Hmm. That's a tough call. Those DIMMs aren't on the QVL for your mobo. Now, that doesn't mean they won't work as intended, only that they haven't been tested with your mobo.

If they don't work, just RMA them.
They only work at standard speed: 4800 Mhz and CL40
Even when I chose 6000 Mhz CL36 profile, my computer won't boot.
On the manufacturer's website they don't mention being tested with AMD Expo.

I should return it. On the store's website where I bought the RAM they do not mention this Ram kit is not recommended for AMD AM5 platform.

But for the 6000 MHz CL36 kit, they mention it was tested for AMD Expo:
