will skyrim run on i7 4510u with 10-20 mods?

- 14" HD (1366 x 768) 16:9
- NVIDIA GeForce 820M with 2 GB Dedicated Memory
- 8 GB, DDR3L SDRAM
- 1 TB HDD

I can upgrade to windows 10 if that helps.

I'm hoping to be able to play SKYRIM (legendary edition) at least on low settings if not medium. Do you guys think my system has said capacity to do so?
Any advice would be appreciated.

If not, what are some games this laptop will be able to handle? Thank you!

easily medium I would say. also Win 10 would do nothing since Skyrim does not use DirectX 12

Run well, I have my doubts being a low power dual core i7...

I reckon you will get Xbox 360 like performance which is not bad at all, I have played Skyrim with lesser specs. Stay away from texture mods and ENBs and if necessary use a custom ini from Nexus.
