Will the 90 degree sata ports fit when the ports are blocked by a gpu?

Yes, the 90 degree angle sata cable works, or this left side angle one http://www.startech.com/Cables/Drive/SATA/18in-SATA-to-Left-Side-Angle-SATA-Serial-ATA-Cable~SATA18LSA1 may work too.
