Question Will the CPU with no integrated graphics make your game run faster?

I have the AMD Ryzen 5 4500 in my gaming build PC, but when I start either game through the Nvidia GeForce GT 710 2 GB video card, the graphics were lagging. Should I switch back to the AMD Ryzen 3 3200G or upgrade my video card with higher performance?

upgrade GPU,
the GT710 is for Office and minimum tasks like browsing and playback videos
the 3200G is about twice as fast as the GT710, but still not that good performing while gaming
