I have seen stuff about how the H7 won't fit with AM4 Sockets. On the actual H7 Description on Pc PartPicker, it says it can be used on an AM4 Socket, but then at the bottom of the page below the final price, it says I might need an adapter for the H7.

Is the H7 for sure compatible with the X470-Pro??

Would depend on the batch of coolers the store you're buying from has in stock, the AMD bracket is free anyway so no hassle of any sort, except for the extra few days of wait.
Newegg have H7 which includes AM4 kit per customers review confirmation, sold by CRYOSTORE from Asia which looks like the official Cryorig store.

Pretty sure the adapter issue is referring to this - http://www.cryorig.com/getam4.php

In response to AMD’s soon to be released Ryzen CPU and AM4 platform, PC thermal solution brand CRYORIG will be providing free AM4 upgrade kits soon after the official release of the AMD Ryzen CPU release. All users of existing AMD supported products will be able to apply for the free upgrade kits. Native AM4 mounting kits will also start to hit the markets after the official release of the CPU.

So some Cryorg coolers come AM4 ready. Some don't, but they provide a free kit with proof of purchase.
