Will the following components be at the advertised speeds please let me know

So i have asrock ab350 gaming k4 with corsair vengeance plx 2x4gb the black ones and the package say supports intel i7 and supports intel core with intel logo will it support the motherboard i bought with a amd ryzen 5 1600x at the 3000mhz speed which the ram advertises please tell me did i screw up????

I cant seem to find at the asrock website at QVL any corsair ram at 8gb 3000mhz that goes like this CMK8GX4M2B3000C15 or i dont know how to find it do you know ?? And what do i do if it is not

Should work, but will downgrade to 2933mhz.

Also what gpu rx580 8gb is the best at performance cooling etc can you make a list from the best to the worst ?
