I want to build a new gaming computer and I dont want to buy the motherboard if it wont work with the 2200g out of the box

Absolutely no way to know. If you get an older one off the shelf no. If you get a newer one yes. Just.get a b450 board to be sure

Kind of the King that isn't crazy expensive is the b450 tomahawk. But with that CPU any of them should easily oc the processor
