Will the GIGABYTE GTX 770 fit in my case?

These are the dimensions of my case 173x360x400 mm (W x H x D) and the Graphics card dimensions are 11.5"L x 5.08"W x 1.69"H

How do you remove an HDD cage?

In the picture you posted it is already removed or not present there from factory

Usually in that area is present removable HDD Cage which can be removed to fit long graphics card like the one you listed. So according to case dimensions listed the case will be able to fit the card you listed

When you remove HDD cage, it you will get extra space to fit long graphics card. But since in your case that highlighted area is already vacant , u dont need to remove anything.
And you must be knowing that HDD cage is meant for placing Hard drive so removing the cage means less space to attach additional Hard drives

The GTX 770 has a 6 pin and an 8 pin right? I connect it through those slots and then i plug it into the PSU?

Gtx 770 has 6 pin and 8pin connector. You will need a 6pin and a 8pin PCIe cable which will be coming from your PSU and plug in those cables into the 6pin and 8pin connector on your graphics card
