Your case is a mid tower so yes, it will. GTX 1060 is not a long card at all unlike high end cards

what is the brand of the card? it depends on the length and the width of the card

400mm (without drive bay)
290mm (with drive bay)

290mm = 11.4"

So the card will fit with the drive bay intact (card was 11.02" length)
