Will the i3 2100 bottleneck the rx 460

I have a core i3 2100 and I want to get the RX 460 but I'm afraid that the CPU will not let the graphics card run it at it's full potential, so how different is the performance compared to the i3 6100

The 460 a budget gaming card, meaning games like CSGO or League of Legends will work fine. "Modern" games is different. These games are more demanding. Your CPU, with a 460, can play those games but you'll have to compromise on some things. You might need to run at 900p or 720p instead of 1080p, you might need to drop to low/medium settings, or you might have to accept framerate in the 30fps-45fps range. So the answer is maybe a little but you can still game on it if that what you want.

i watched a video once and someone tested this card with the i3 6100 and i liked the performance, so can i expect the same performance but with my i3 2100 or will it be worse
