Will the i5-2400 be enough for my birthday computer?

Budget Range: 750-820

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming, Diablo 3, Starcraft 2, web surfing

Parts Not Required: keyboard, mouse, monitor

Overclocking: Maybe

SLI or Crossfire: Yes SLI

Monitor Resolution: 1440x900 currently, plan to upgrade to a $300ish 27" monitor for next birthday

Additional Comments: I intend to use this computer as is until April 2013 and then add a new 27" monitor, another GTX 560 ti for SLI and possibly double the ram.

Questions:
How will this computer run diablo 3 as is with current monitor?
Will this setup work with the SLI setup?
Will the core i5-2400 be a bottleneck when running the SLI setup for whatever game i want to play in 2013?

A lot of people are telling me to pay the extra $35 for the i5-2500k and overclock but it seems that would require additional cooling and be more of a $60+ increase instead of a $35. Is it worth it if i'm only gonna use 2x GTX 560 ti in the long run?

if you don't want to OC at first the 2500k is worth the extra 35$, i say this just because at a later date you can add that aftermarket cooler and OC the chip, an OC'd 2500K will surprise you...

if you don't want to get the 2500k the 2400 will do everything you want just fine for the next 2+ years, the 1155 is a good platform because you can upgrade to ivy bridge later on.

would definately spend extra 30 bucks on 2500k now if you can afford it plenty of future proofing running at 5ghz but if you cant 2400 will still smash what amd has to offer when it comes to gamingunder most circumstances . i cant see future pc titles getting any harder than bf3 on systems till after next gen consoles are released. There are way to many console ports coming out, i downloaded the mass affect 3 demo offered by origin the graphics and physics are laughable

since you said you do plan to SLI.
even though that power supply advertises that it is sli ready and does have a 59A 12v rail in my opinion coolmax arent one of the better brands and it only has 1 of each 8 pin and 6 pin connectors and is not on the approved nvidia sli list.
if you also plan to overclock i wouldnt recomend this PSU

also the 2500k is well worth the money. in my opinion an many others it is dollar for dollar the best gaming chip around. also extra cooling isnt needed until you overclock
at which time a coolermaster hyper 212 evo air cooler will get you to 4.5gHz easily for like 40 bucks if you sli 560's system cooling may become the bigger issue as some can get quite warm. although the asrock board you have chosen does have a decent enough space between standard 2 slot cards
