I'm gonna be buying a pc for fortnite and warzone and apex. I wanna run low or medium settings but i wanna have smooth fps. will the i5 4570 and bottleneck the RX 580?

You may be able to get a better system just by going with a cheap route right now and adding a decent gpu a few months down the line.

You could look at this example and decide what's worth it for you. (Add gpu later. Meanwhile this will play your games at desired settings. May want to change a few things to make it cheaper, but this is what I would get)

Could drop the ssd to 500gb and compensate a bit to get a 3400g cpu which might satisfy your needs without a later GPU upgrade, at the same time then if you would stick with the apu system, power supply could be down graded in wattage to lower costs again. Although I would recommend the path of an independent gpu.
