hi, i want to upgrade my 1050ti to 1660s or a 1650s but im wondering if my i7 3770 will bottleneck with them? how bad will the bottlenecking be? im using a 1080p 60hz monitor with 2x8gb ram, should i get a 1650 super instead of 1660s since the 1660s wont reach 99% usage anyways?

I understand what you mean but many people use 'bottleneck' as a misconception. There will always be a bottleneck. Next time I recommend you mention, will the i7 3770 be able to drive a GTX1660s? But other than that the 3770 is 3rd gen however it is a capable processor and can manage a GTX1080 at reasonable usage so I wouldn't worry. This pc will have "bottleneck" you need a stronger GPU for that processor.

It will handle your upcoming GPU well. I have 3770k (without overclocking) and it handles my GTX 1070 wel, at least in most current games. However there are 2 games it fails to perform fully - Shadow of the Tomb Raider & Watch_Dogs 2. Those games strongly favor new generation processors. And I think this era where 4/8 core processors aren't enough for modern gaming is slowly arriving, but for 1660s your CPU will be fine.
