Will the MSI GeForce GTX 760 Twin Frozr 4GB Bottleneck the ASUS MAXIMUS VI HERO?

I should know this by now but I just wanted to be sure.😉
I plan on buying the MSI GeForce GTX 760 Twin Frozr 4GB GDDR5 so I shouldn't be worried or should I?
I also have a Intel Core i7-4770K but that's quite obvious.

Why are you going from a 760 2GB to 760 4GB? Your money would be better spent in a 970 and unless you're multi-monitoring, even a 770 would be a better upgrade.
