will the msi gtx 770 lightning fit on my motherboard?

Hi i am a bit uncertain whether a msi gtx 770 lightning edition would fit on my asus p8h61-m pro uatx motherboard. Will the blue asus chipset thing block it or the ram slot buttons?

it wouldnt block the RAM slots but it might block the pci expansion slots. you dont have to worry if you dont plan on adding a sound card, tv tuner etc

My motherboard is a uatx but the form factor of the msi gtx 770 lightning is ATX so will it fit on my motherboard?

So what is your processor then, because I'm afraid that bottleneck will occur.
If it is a quad-core, then it will not.
About your question, the answer certainly fit.
Actually you ask the wrong question, you suppose to ask like this ,"can this card fit in this case?" because case will affect the length card which fit into your case and your case fit in without problem.

Haha yeah i was just unsure whether the gpu would be blocked by the blue thing that says asus on it and my processor is i7-3770.
