That motherboard is PCI-E 2.0 x16. You would be able to use any modern GPU in it assuming you have a large enough case and good enough PSU.

You can run the 7750 without issue, doesn't really matter what your PSU is as long as it's not from 1998. That 7750's max use is around 90w when its not OC'd.
We would need to know your system specs in order to help you further. In any case, if your motherboard was made within the last 2-3 years you should have no issues. I have that same GPU in a build in my closet, runs off a 200w PSU without any issues.

Actually is max is 75W as it does not have an external connector, PCI slots have only a max output of 75W
