I'm having problems at the moment with my current computer, i have seen other off the shelf desktops install other parts/new parts. The problem im having is that my graphics card is simply not good enough. so i am wanting to upgrade to a GTX 970 or a more powerful card that will fit my case. i think i bought my computer for around 800-900£ in 2014/2015

Also my series does fall under Aspire TC-605 but the model i have got can not be found online.

Current
GPU- Nvidia GTX 745 4GB
Case- midi case? (think it may have 4 expansion slots not sure)
Motherboard- Intel, Aspire TC-605 (LGA1150)
PSU- not sure.
CPU- Intel Core i7 4770 @ 3.40GHz/3.90GHz
RAM- HyperX FURY Series 16GB (2x 8GB) DDR3 1600MHz (upgraded after, had 12GB before with original rig)

Windows 10

Im not sure if its worth getting a new motherboard and case and just keeping the ram/cpu then upgrading the nvidia gtx 745 to a more recent version.

please help me, all opinions welcome. I am basically just looking for either a new graphics card to add to my computer or some advice so i can get a better system. I currently do video editing and gaming too.

From the look of some models that i found online, it has a standard ATX PSU, so you should be able to swap it for a bigger one, and swap that 745 for a 970, if you can find a picture from the exact model from your pc showing the back of the case and post it here i can tell you for sure.

heres a picture i took of the back, https://gyazo.com/aefc396da178dd6d5783edda2244ba29

its weird, it appears the power supply is at the top.

this may be too much to ask, could you link me the parts i need? im from the uk.
