Will the pre applied thermal paste on the wraith spire still be okay?

Hey so I have a question about the wraith spire that comes with the Ryzen 5 1600. Will the thermal paste still be okay?It's been a year since it came out and I want everything for my build to go right

a stock cooler unused for a year the paste will be fine. the paste requires heat to cure. the pre applied paste will remain usable until it is cured and that happens after use.
