Will the Precision T5600 work without the fans?

Will the Precision T5600 work without the CPU fans and the case fans? I would like to know because I have the fans connected using molex on the power supply and it wont turn on. If this is the problem will it work with just the CPU fans connected?

Most BIOSes are made with safety built in so they shut down if CPU fan is not working. There may be a setting in bios to ignore it but than you loose that safety.
