Will a AMD 6300 bottleneck my gpu (ASUS Radeon R9 270X 2GB DirectCUII TOP) if it will I'd have to get a 8320 (I'm on a VERY tight budget).

THANKS!

My budget isn't THAT tight just let me know the truth and if you are then you just saved me a bit of money!

The fx 6300 will run the crap out of the 270x but sure other cpus will do it better if you got 850 bucks the 3930 is the gonna rock that thing till it blows up for about 400 you can get the 4770k with a great mobo and almost get the performance of the 3930. At 300-325 you can get a great chip the 4670k and a good mobo and get great performance. But if your mobo supports it you can spend 99-150 bucks and get an fx 8350 and both will get 90-95% of the performance of the ones just mentioned. Or for free you can use what you got which will get very good performance the 270x is not exactly a super high end card its like the beginning of enthusiast class which is right were your fx 6300 is too. But of course you can always spend more for more performance.

Ha, yeah. This is going to be hard... I live in Sweden so even if I told you my budget you wouldn't understand.
I'm looking to buy a pc that can run games on High/Ultra (BF4, titianfall etc) and medium in about 5-6 years time...

So do I need to splash the cash and get a 8320 (pretty much the next one up on the webpage) or should I get a 6300

Yes, I understand that now. But could you please answer my question, should I buy the 6300 or should I 'splash the cash' and get the 8320?

if you're very worried go ahead and get the 8 core 8320, but I think your GPU would bottleneck before the CPU would. The fx6300 is really good for the price. If you're not happy with the performance of the 8320 it's not the end of the world, at that point, just save up for an i5 cpu and motherboard, only you yourself can know for sure if you won't be happy with the cpu. The gpu matters more for games anyway. Getting a better gpu like gtx 760 or 770 would make more of a difference.

If that's too much money for you, just keep what you have and chill and enjoy your new pc, you could certainly do MUCH worse out there than a 4ghz 6 core cpu and r9 270x gpu

And with the 760 (gigabyte) how big of a psu should i get 600W or 500W?

I'd go with 600w just to be sure, because PSU degrade over time, do they have the EVGA bronze certified PSU there? Or the Corsair Builder 600w power supply? XFX or Seasonic is recommended, but, honestly to me they're kinda pricey and I totally understand to somebody on a real budget they would be out of my price range too. The Corsair builder are well reviewed by johnnyguru and the EVGA has good reviews too.

No overclocking is going to be Done here :D and even if I was going to why would I need to change the motherboard?
