Will the PSU be too weak?

So I bought a Dell Inspiron a year and a half ago, and I am now considering adding a graphics card due to it's low integrated graphics performance. Based on what I have heard, the AMD HD7750 is the best bet without upgrading the PSU. I would just like to confirm this with you guys to make sure that what I plan to do will work.
My current specs:
300W Dell PSU
4GB RAM
Intel i3 3120
No GPU
1TB Hard Drive

I wish to add the HD7750, change the RAM to 8GB and possibly upgrade to an intel i5 3570k in the near future. For now though, I'm just doing the Graphics Card.
Would the PSU have enough power to run the computer?
Thanks :)

The PSU should be fine with that CPU and the extra ram but i would upgrade it if your planning on buying an i5 3570k.
I would also check first if the Dell inspiron will support that CPU. At the very least buying an unlocked CPU for overclocking is probably not a good idea as the Dell computers are terrible when it comes to overclocking features.
