EVGA GeForce GTX 970 4GB SSC ACX 2.0+ Video Card

NZXT S340 (White) ATX Mid Tower Case

EVGA 700B 700W, 80 PLUS Bronze

Yes, your current list should work with that PSU. Im running a similar build but with a 6700k CPU, two SSD's and a standard HDD with a GTX 970 card on a EVGA 750W PSU.

You may not be able to add a second GPU without upgrading the PSU, but as it stands now, you should be fine on power.

You can run that entire system on a decent 550w with room to spare, even with a better than decent OC on both gpu and cpu. The 700b might not be very good quality, but it'll do the job.

I'd swap out the Intel for a Amd Ryzen5 1600 and MSI B350 Gaming Pro. It'll give i7 performance in multi threaded games, has OC ability and in single thread games will hold its own vrs the i5. While being cheaper overall.
