I am using roach fogger to kill the roach infestation from my house. Will roach fogger damage my computer and peripherals.

Probably less than the roaches will. They LOVE warm electronics.
Leave it powered off. Remove the mouse and keyboard so that you minimize extended contact with an item that could have residual on it.
