It's a pretty small card and doesn't require external power i believe

If the rx 460 doesnt fit will the 1050?

No. That case requires a low-profile card. The card you linked to is a full-height card.
I'm not so sure that PC even has provision for adding a gfx card. Have you had it open yet?
