Hi, I was wondering if an Asus Z97-AR ATX LGA1150 motherboard with a be quiet! Dark Rock 3 CPU fan would fit in a Phanteks Enthoo Pro M Acrylic ATX Mid Tower case?

Yes, it will fit as be quiet! Dark Rock 3 is 160mm tall and enthoo Pro M supports up to 190. Enthoo Pro M also supports atx motherboards.

thank you both for your responses, i am now deciding if i should go for the ASUS Z97-AR or the Gigabyte Z97X-Gaming 5 or possibly the Gigabyte Mod 1150 GBT G1.Sniper Z97 ATX Motherboard? price doesn't matter.

All three boards will fit. I would take the gaming 5 board.
