Will these parts fit in my motherboard with no problem?

i am planning on building my first gaming pc in a month or two and i am worried about the clearance issues with my motherboard. Will these parts fit into my motherboard with no problem whatsoever? My motherboard is ASRock H97 Anniversary ATX LGA1150 Motherboard

- EVGA Geforce gtx 950 2gb SSC
- G.Skill Ares Series 8gb (4 X 2)
- Intel Core i5 4460 3.2ghz quad-core processor

Can someone help me out here? I dont wish to run into any clearance issues when building my pc.

Yes it will fit, but change that GPU for a rx 480 or gtx 1060. The gtx 950 is too old and has only 2 gb of vram.

those Graphics cards are way to expensive for me. The gtx 950 happened to be in my budget thats why i picked it. if you can find a gpu better than the gtx 950 at its same price or lower let me know so i can have a look at it. Thank You

I was looking at the ASRock H97M PRO4 Micro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard is it any better than the ASRock H97 Anniversary ATX LGA1150 Motherboard or is it worse? will i run into any clearance issues with the pro4?

The rx 480 is the same price as the 950 and twice as powerfull.

the rx 480 is as powerfull as a gtx 980 or better
