Will this work?
Any suggestions? your help is most appreciated.. thanks..

Yeah unless there is something you need a sound card for. motherboard audio is just fine for gaming. And also you might want to get a after market cpu cooler if you plan on overclocking http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835103065&cm_sp=Cat_Fans_%26%2338%3b_Heatsinks-_-Weekly_Deals-_-35-103-065. Because if you don't you can save some money and get the non k i5. Also I just noticed this but you said you would be getting a 650ti and that card hasn't been released yet.

oh.. i was planing for that.. its actualy a Nvidia GeForce GTX 480 ...one more thing, should a Corsair Builder Series CX600 600W power suply work???

If you can afford it, grab the 560 Ti - I think the 480 had some heat issues. The power supply will work but I'd recommend the enthusiast series for slightly better hardware.

GPU : EVGA 01G-P3-1561-AR GeForce GTX 560 Ti FPB (Fermi) 1GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card

POWER SUPLY : CORSAIR Enthusiast Series TX650 V2 650W ATX12V v2.31/ EPS12V v2.92 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Active PFC High Performance Power Supply

I rather pay more for the graphic card than have to deal with heat issues..

Looks good to me. Sorry I didn't mention it earlier but I'd also recommend you go with the MSI Twin Frozr GTX 560 Ti. The cooler is superior to the reference EVGA version - and it's not a whole lot more expensive. (It will also be quieter)
