Will these parts work together?

I need some help because I don't know if these parts will work well together.

Graphics Card: XFX ATI Radeon HD6670 1 GB DDR3 VGA/DVI/HDMI PCI-Express Video Card HD667XZHF3

Hard Drive: WD - Mainstream 1TB Internal Serial ATA Hard Drive

Power Supply: Corsair Builder Series CX 600 Watt ATX/EPS 80 PLUS (CX600)

Computer Case: Apevia X-Trooper Jr Mid Tower Case w/ Green LED

These are the components , but it is my first draft on it. please leave any suggestions or replacements for parts. also I will be using an external disk drive

Well first off Apevia cases are junk and should not be purchased by anyone. Second, that Alienware motherboard won't work outside an Alienware case - you will need to purchase a separate motherboard. What's your budget?
