The current memory in my system consists of 2, 4 gig sticks of 1600MHz DDR3 SODIMM memory, and these specifications are also what is described on Apple's website. So the memory that I selected for purchase are 2, 8 gig sticks of 1600MHz DDR3 SODIMM memory. Apple also says that the maximum amount of memory that is supported on this particular system is 16 gigs.

All I want to know is if these RAM sticks will work in my Late 2012 21.5" iMac. Any and all information is greatly appreciated.
Thank you all very much!!

Solution
Changing RAM in the late 2012 21.5" iMac requires removing the glued on screen and then the logic board. You sure you want to tackle that?
The RAM will work but it sounds like a lot of work.
