Will these specifications be okay for me?

I've found pretty good (I think) Asus laptop for about £550.

I was wondering if these specs would be good enough for:
Heavy Photoshop Usage
Heavy Internet Browsing
Medium to heavy weight video editing on Premier Pro CS5.1 and After Effects CC.
Lightweight to medium gaming, e.g Minecraft and Drift 3.

The processor is clocked quite low, I think its 1.9ghz and and can be turbo boosted to 2.1, but i just want to check before I buy ,

I would get a laptop with a better gpu if you want to do any gaming
i7 dual core should be okay for Photoshop.

Shipping is a little high but this is a great gaming laptop the price i7 and 660m
