Will these specs be able to run The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt?

I don't want to waste my money on a game that i wont be able to run, so can i run it with what i currently have?

Here are my specs
Processor: AMD FX-8350 Black Edition
Ram: 8Gb
Graphics Card: Nvidia GeForce GTX 970
Storage: 1TB

I don't know my motherboard or anything, so if that is needed i'll do my best to find it out.
