Will these specs be ok?

yes they are ok. you can max out almost everything on that rig.

Case- nice case.
CPU- good for gaming and easy to overclock. Highly reccomended.
RAM - whos it made by? what clock speed?
Motherboard - good manufacturer and good board.
GPU - Ive seen bad responses to the 7850, look at a 7870
HDD - okay, western digital blue maybe?
PSU - CX600, fine will run your rig.
Optical drive - cant really go wrong with a samsung one
Fan: look into noctua's fans. but the SP120's are good also.
