Will these two sticks of ddr3 be compatible with a foxconn n15235

I have a 4gb stick of Kingston hyperx blu 1333 mhz and a 4gb stick of crucial 1600mhz ddr3l. I noticed the voltages were different with 1.5 for the hyperx stick and 1.35 for the crucial stick. Is this a problem? I am also going to be using a foxcon n15235 motherboard.

According to the Motherboard specs:

2 x 240-pin DDR3 DIMM slots Supports Dual Channel DDR3 1333/1066 MHz non-ECC, un-buffered memory (Max 4GB)

The 4GB DDR3L will not work at all in that motherboard. The "L" stands for low-voltage
The 4GB DDR3 exceeds the max for each RAM slot (2GB) so I'm guessing it's not compatible either.

"foxconn n15235" is ambiguous. There are several mobos with this denomination.
Try using cpu-z to get the model of the mobo as well as the chipset.
