Will this 450 watt psu be enough?

My friend asked me the other day of i could choose some good parts for a gaming pc. These are the parts:

CPU: AMD athlon x4 760k
GPU: R7 265
RAM: Crucial ballistix smart tracer ddr3 12800/1600
MOBO: MSI A78M-E35
HDD: Seagate barracuda 1 TB 64 MB
Case: Bitfenix prodigy M
PSU: Corsair CS450M 450 Watt

This pc should be able to run arma III, BF4 and titanfall. Right?

The budget is 975 USD. I live in Sweden btw. But would this build be able to run Arma III, BF4 and titanfall?

Are you ordering parts from the US and having them shipped to Sweden? I think it would be easier if you provided links to places you can buy computer parts from in Sweden. Just because the currency conversion is 975 USD = 6500 KR, it doesn't mean the product is the same price. And some parts may not even be available in Sweden. Prices for parts are not standardized.

if i swapped the r7 265 for a 7870, would that increase the performance a lot or would the cpu still bring it down to the level of a 265?
